Responsibilities

• Analyze, optimize, and digitalize administrative and operational processes within the prefab department.
• Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements related to performance tracking, planning, order management, CNC programming.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, planning, finance, warehouse, external suppliers and MD, to develop and implement digital solutions.
• Utilize data analytics and process mapping tools to monitor performance and elaborate visualization dashboards.
• Implement industry trends in manufacturing digitalization and business excellence to be applied in the sheet metal department.
