This role offers hands-on exposure to multiple business support functions and is ideal for students seeking practical experience while completing their degree. Key Responsibilities :
- Schedule and coordinate security / orientation / welcome trainings.
 - Maintain digital and hard-copy records (including safety / security documentation) with high accuracy.
 - Perform clerical tasks (typing, scanning, filing) and data entry for structured databases and forms.
 - Support onboarding logistics for new hires (documentation, checklists, scheduling).
 - Maintain employee files in accordance with policy and data-privacy requirements.
 - Assist with employee engagement events (planning, setup, communications).
 - Process visitor requests and support facility access monitoring.
 - Perform other related duties as assigned. Required Qualifications
 - Currently pursuing a Bachelor"s degree in Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
 - Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and accurate data entry.
 - Familiarity with entering data into structured forms or database fields.
 - Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
 - Clear written and verbal communication; strong interpersonal skills.
 - Bilingual (Spanish / English) - intermediate or higher proficiency. Preferred Qualifications & Skills :
 - Experience with document control or HRIS tools (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, Google Drive, HR platforms).
 - Knowledge of basic accounting / clerical support (invoicing, receipts, reimbursements).
