• Job Description :
• Looking for an experienced Order-to-Cash Subject Matter Expert with strong leadership skills to join our Latin America OTC Tower. In this role, you will serve as the go-to expert for all aspects of the O2C cycle while helping shape strategy, mentor teams, and drive operational excellence. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to optimize processes, resolve complex issues, and ensure best practices are implemented consistently across regions.
• Responsibilities
• Lead as the O2C subject matter expert, covering credit, billing, collections, cash application, dispute management, and trade finance.
• Guide and coach Hub and Spoke teams to build expertise, strengthen performance, and ensure knowledge transfer while building collaboration.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and business leaders to align on priorities and deliver impactful results.
• Serve as a trusted escalation point, resolving complex customer and process challenges.
• Analyze performance metrics, identify trends, and drive initiatives that improve efficiency and reduce risk.
• Support ERP / system implementations and automation efforts, ensuring O2C requirements are met.
• Champion standardization, compliance, and continuous improvement across Latin America operations.
• Qualifications Needed
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
• 5+ years of progressive experience in Order-to-Cash, including leadership or SME-level responsibilities.
• Strong expertise in ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and related O2C tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a track record of driving process improvements.
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence and partner across all levels of the organization.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment.
