LATAM Regulatory Affairs Senior Team Manager - CDMX

Job Description

The LATAM Regulatory Affairs Senior Team Manager leads the Regulatory Team and works collaboratively with cross-functional partners (including but not limited to the VCO, Sales and Marketing teams and Corporate Affairs Directors) to support the company’s LATAM, regional and global objectives by enabling continuous market access of the existing portfolio and innovations.

This People Leader role sets priorities for the team to ensure task completion; coordinates work activities with others enabling achievement of the Royal Canin growth strategy. It ensures an effective, high performing, developing and engaged Regulatory organization.

What are we looking for?

• Strategic Implementation and Resource Management :

Implement the Company's Regulatory Strategy tailored to the specific needs of LATAM markets, including Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, and Latam Seeds (Chile, Peru, Colombia, Puerto Rico).

Ensure the LATAM Regulatory team is well-staffed and organized to fulfill its mission, with a focus on continuous performance improvement to meet current and future business needs.

Identify, develop, and leverage a robust LATAM external network of industry experts, opinion leaders, and regulatory organizations.

Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure businesses are guided by sound regulatory principles, supporting compliance and opportunity-driven activities.

Monitor and evaluate emerging regulatory issues and opportunities that could impact market access and business strategy.
