Our organization seeks a Delivery Manager to lead the execution of recruitment solutions for clients across the LATAM region.
The ideal candidate will oversee the delivery of end-to-end recruitment projects, ensuring excellent service and client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include managing multiple client accounts, aligning project delivery with client expectations and business goals, leading and mentoring a team of recruiters and sourcing specialists, and developing processes to optimize delivery efficiency and quality.
The successful candidate will possess 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment delivery, or project management, with relevant experience supporting the LATAM region.
A strong understanding of recruitment processes, best practices, and industry standards across LATAM markets is essential. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills are also required, as well as fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese spoken and written.
Preferred qualifications include proven leadership experience, strategic mindset, and adaptability in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
