Full Stack Engineer (Azure Cloud / Django + React)

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer with strong experience in Azure Cloud to join our growing engineering team. You will be responsible for building, deploying, and scaling modern web applications that leverage LLMs, RAG workflows, and cloud-native infrastructure. The role involves working across the backend ( Django / Django REST Framework, Python, OpenAI integrations ) and frontend ( React, Vite, TypeScript, Material UI ), while also architecting and optimizing cloud infrastructure with Azure, Docker containers, Redis, and Postgres.

Location : Mexico City, Mexico (Remote options may apply per company policy).

Responsibilities

• Build RESTful APIs and services with Django + Django REST Framework.
• Integrate LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI Service) into backend workflows.
• Implement and maintain RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines.
• Design scalable data models and optimize queries with Postgres.
• Configure caching and background task processing with Redis.
• Develop rich, performant interfaces using React, Vite, TypeScript, and Material UI.
• Implement responsive and accessible UI components that integrate with backend APIs.
• Collaborate with product / design teams to deliver user-friendly workflows.
• Containerize applications with Docker and deploy to Azure App Service / Container Apps. Configure and manage Azure resources, including Azure AI Agents, Azure Cognitive Search, SharePoint connectors, and Bing grounding integrations.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize system performance across environments.
