About You

  • You love experimenting with LLMs and AI models and turning them into real-world features.
  • You have 5+ years in full-stack roles, ideally with experience delivering AI-first or AI-only platforms or chatbots.
  • You thrive in startup contexts : rapid iteration, launching MVPs fast, and learning on the go.
  • You care deeply about quality—testing thoroughly, responding swiftly to defects, and prioritizing the user’s experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Make adding AI steps in flow builders seamless—considering memory, goals, hallucinations, and usability.
  • Push boundaries of AI + conversation automation. Enable natural WhatsApp chat flows that still support structured tasks.
  • Build tooling for users to inspect, test, and iterate their AI agents.
  • Work on a Django-based backend alongside React + Tailwind front‑end components.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and support teams using demos, interviews, and support data to guide development.
  • Mentor the team in AI-first thinking and agent-driven development.

    • Technical Requirements

    Must-Haves

  • Proficiency in Python (Django), TypeScript, React, Tailwind.
  • Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, REST APIs, microservices (Kubernetes), GraphQL.
  • Familiarity with modern tooling : GitLab, Vault, Grafana, Sentry, Datadog, AWS, Posthog.

    • Nice-to-Haves

  • Background in products where market-leading AI models are productized rather than trained in-house.
