The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Tech Lead / Lead Full Stack Engineer who thrives on technical ownership, mentoring others, and driving architecture-level decisions. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll help shape the design and direction of our fast-scaling SaaS platform — used by enterprise sales teams to optimize market coverage, improve performance, and unlock revenue growth.

About the Team

You’ll join a remote, cross-functional team of designers, product managers, and engineers who are passionate about solving real-world problems with scalable software. We are building a modern, cloud-native application that leverages :

• Frontend : React + TypeScript
• Backend : Node.js + GraphQL
• Infrastructure : AWS (Lambda, ECS, Aurora, Step Functions)
• Data : PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, DocumentDB
• AI / ML (optional) : LangChain, OpenAI, vector databases
