This is a challenging and rewarding role that involves leading the development and introduction of new products. As an NPI Product Launch Manager, you will be responsible for managing engineering projects from start to finish, leading cross-functional teams, developing and implementing product introduction processes and systems, negotiating with customers, and collaborating with designers and engineers.
Responsibilities :
- Manage multiple engineering projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and delivery of high-quality products.
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement efficient product introduction processes and systems, streamlining workflows and improving productivity.
- Negotiate with customers to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their expectations.
- Collaborate with designers and engineers to create innovative solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
Requirements :
8 years of experience in project management, preferably in an engineering or manufacturing environment.Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, business, or management.Experience in product / program management, preferably in computing and storage.Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.Fluent written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate complex technical information effectively.Bi-cultural preferred, but not required.Preferred Skills :
Lean Manufacturing methodology, with experience in implementing lean principles and practices.TPS (Total Productive Maintenance) certification, with experience in implementing TPS in a manufacturing environment.Project management tools, such as Asana, Trello, or MS Project, with experience in using these tools to manage projects and teams.
