Objective

Generate value flow in manufacturing processes by applying lean tools and continuous improvement management processes.

Main Responsibilities

Lean Tools Implementation : Applying VSM, 5S, SMED, Kaizen, Kanban, Poka-Yoke, etc. methodologies to optimize manufacturing processes.

Develop and implement work standards and visual systems.

Continuous Improvement Project Management by Leading projects focused on eliminating waste (muda), reducing cycle times, and improving operational efficiency.

Lean Culture Development : Train and coach operational and technical staff in Lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies.

Encourage active staff participation in identifying improvement opportunities.

Data Analysis and Decision-Making using statistical and data analysis tools to identify root causes and make evidence-based decisions.

Monitor KPIs related to productivity and costs.

Ensuring the Sustainability of Improvements : Document and standardize improved processes to ensure their long-term sustainability.

Conduct compliance audits of GOMM standards and Quality Systems.

Define and standardize labor and material logistics requirements based on production volumes, ensuring their alignment with the value streams identified in VSM (Value Stream Mapping) analyses.

Position Requirements

Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar.

Advanced English

Minimum 3 years of experience in a Continuous Improvement roll or related.

Experience of Lean Six Sigma methodologies.

Experience working with Change Management, Strategic Results.
