Objective

Generate value flow in manufacturing processes by applying lean tools and continuous improvement management processes.

Main Responsibilities

• Implement Lean tools such as VSM, 5S, SMED, Kaizen, Kanban, Poka-Yoke, etc., to optimize manufacturing processes.
• Develop and implement work standards and visual systems.
• Lead continuous improvement projects focused on eliminating waste (muda), reducing cycle times, and enhancing operational efficiency.
• Train and coach operational and technical staff in Lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies to foster a Lean culture.
• Encourage active staff participation in identifying improvement opportunities.
• Utilize statistical and data analysis tools to identify root causes and support evidence-based decision-making.
• Monitor KPIs related to productivity and costs.
• Document and standardize improved processes to ensure their sustainability over the long term.
• Conduct compliance audits of GOMM standards and Quality Systems.
• Define and standardize labor and material logistics requirements based on production volumes, aligning them with value streams identified in VSM analyses.
