Technical Support Engineer
At HCL, we are seeking highly skilled technical support engineers to join our team. As a technical support engineer, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional technical support to customers and partners via various channels.
- Key Responsibilities :
- Provide timely resolution to complex issues related to cloud environment services, API usage and errors, application performance, Cloud Cost Management, Security issues, Flexera SaaS application and / or configuration issues.
- Communicate effectively with Product Management and Engineering regarding defects and enhancement requests.
- Maintain product, platform, and industry knowledge necessary to offer outstanding technical support to customers.
- Lead periodic internal team training as scheduled.
- Participate in on-call weekend rotation, as needed.
Requirements :
Experience :3+ years of professional experience in a Technical Support role.Skill Set :Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Passionate customer orientation and dedication.Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills in English.Ability to handle multiple activities and prioritize activities based on customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs).Manage time, goals, and priorities to improve and add value continuously.Certifications :AWS Cloud Practitioner or Azure Fundamentals certifications.Education :Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or related field.Benefits :
