Job Title / Regional Operations Leadership / Operations leaders are sought after to take ownership of operations across multiple manufacturing sites. The ideal candidate will have experience in Lean, Six Sigma, and multi-site operations. / This role requires strategic thinking, leadership skills, and the ability to oversee safety and quality programs. The successful candidate will drive continuous improvement initiatives across plants and ensure that safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met or exceeded. / The ideal candidate has a background in packaging, manufacturing, or process-driven industries. Strong knowledge of Lean / Six Sigma and process engineering support is required. A proven track record of building and developing large operational teams is also essential. / Key responsibilities include leading and overseeing operations across major sites in Mexico and Brazil (800+ employees), driving Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives across plants, and ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met or exceeded. / Requirements : / Experienced Operations Director / Senior Operations Manager / Packaging, manufacturing, or process-driven industry background / Strong knowledge of Lean / Six Sigma and process engineering support / Proven track record of building and developing large operational teams / Multi-site leadership experience (ideally across countries) / Bilingual (English + Spanish) preferred / Confident communicator able to lead from a distance and drive cultural change /
