7+ years of experience in data engineering, data modeling, or related roles.

~ Proficiency in ER / Studio (preferred) , ERwin , or other data modeling tools.

~ Strong expertise designing dimensional (star / snowflake) and normalized (3NF) data models.

~ Experience with data lake and cloud data warehouse architectures (Azure Synapse preferred; Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery acceptable).

~ Solid understanding of data quality, referential integrity , and data governance principles.

~ Strong SQL development and data analysis skills.

~ Proven experience supporting ETL design and data integration workflows.

~ Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaborative delivery models.

~ Excellent communication and documentation skills in English (B2+ or higher).
