IT Deployment Lead S4o9 Mexico – Mondelēz International
This role leads the end‑to‑end deployment of SAP S / 4HANA solutions in Mexico, overseeing technical execution, guiding cross‑functional teams, ensuring timely and quality delivery, translating business requirements into technical solutions, and bridging technical teams with business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the BU deployment lifecycle, including planning, execution, and monitoring of all activities related to S / 4HANA implementation at the BU level.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive deployment plan with timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate project planning and preparation in Mexico, testing (unit, integration, UAT), and support hyper‑care.
- Provide technical leadership, ensuring feasibility of solutions and adherence to best practices.
- Oversee execution of all deployment activities, monitoring progress, identifying delays, and implementing corrective actions.
- Manage deployment‑related risks, issues, and data migration strategies.
- Supervise testing plans and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), addressing any issues.
- Collaborate with change management to develop and deliver training programs for end‑users.
- Execute go‑live, ensuring minimal business disruption, and provide hyper‑care support.
- Maintain stakeholder communication, providing regular updates on progress, risks, and issues.
- Manage vendor relationships and external partners as needed.
- Ensure alignment with overall program and BU objectives, working closely with the MDS BU Lead and S / 4O9 Program.
Qualifications
Advanced English proficiency.Experience leading SAP S / 4HANA deployment projects.Strong technical and project management skills.Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Experience with risk and issue management, testing, and change management.Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.Business Unit Summary
