Purpose

Levi Strauss & Co. is hiring for its Digital and Technology Engineering team. We are a technology-driven enterprise focused on delivering transformative solutions across the whole DTC and other retail channels. We are looking for a enthusiastic individual to lead Workforce Management track (WFM) leveraging ProWFM by UKG and integrating it with enterprise systems via different integration protocols like Boomi, Mulesoft, BTP etc. and serve as the technical backbone for successful deployment and scalability.

• Offering technical expertise and thought leadership to support the company's transformation into a world-class retailer.
• Collaborating with Product teams and engineers to design and develop applications that enhance consumer experiences and boost revenue.
• Communicating complex technical issues and solutions in clear, business-friendly language.
• Working effectively with Business, Product, and IT leadership to identify challenges and opportunities.
• Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end WFM solutions based on UKG ProWFM and Boomi integration for example - timekeeping, absence management, scheduling, forecasting etc.
• Conduct detailed analysis of business requirements and technical environments to sculpt the design of the application and utilize the defined implementation process to meet the established implementation milestones and targeted completion dates.
• Serve as the technical SME for UKG WFM implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Architect integration flows between ProWFM and other enterprise systems such as HRIS, payroll, time tracking, ERP, and reporting tools.
• Using past experience and professional concepts, implement the solutions in various environments, perform business rule analysis following best practices.
• Design scalable and secure Boomi integration solutions, ensuring minimal latency and maximum data accuracy.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and training materials.
• Ensure compliance with security and data governance policies across different markets across different geographies.
• Drive automation, connected commerce and trainings with various stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor other team members.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools like Scrum or Kanban.
