We pride ourselves on providing garden and landscape maintenance.
We produce cordless irrigation systems, blowers, equipment to assist with tree maintenance, lawn mowers, garden vehicles, trenchers.
In general, irrigation systems and outdoor solutions.

Job Purpose
As a Recruitment Coordinator, you play a critical role in creating a flawless candidate experience.
Your expertise ensures that every step of the recruitment process, from initial interview scheduling to onboarding, is smooth and engaging for candidates.
You are not just supporting the talent acquisition team; you are an essential point of contact and a brand ambassador for our company.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Interview Coordination :
Orchestrate candidate interviews, welcome candidates on-site, schedule strategy meetings, coordinate candidate assessments, and arrange travel to ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
New Hire Onboarding :
Initiate pre-employment screening and new hire paperwork as required by location (e.g., e-verify and I-9 processes); facilitate new employee welcome and facility tour to deliver a great first-day experience.
Candidate Communication :
Act as a responsive point of contact for candidate inquiries through various channels, ensuring a positive experience and welcoming environment.
Requisition Management :
Assign job requisitions to appropriate team members, ensure balanced workloads, and maintain efficient recruitment operations.
Referral Tracking :
Oversee tracking and processing of employee referral payments, ensuring timely disbursement and adherence to policies.
Vendor Management :
Manage relationships with temporary and direct-hire agencies and other vendors, maintaining a current approved vendor list.
Recruitment Support :
Assist in full life-cycle recruitment for entry-level positions, providing support to the broader talent acquisition team.
Budget-Conscious Coordination :
Exercise financial awareness when organizing remote interviews and other recruitment activities.
Subject Matter Expert :
Serve as a go-to expert for onboarding processes and applicant tracking tools, providing guidance to the team.
Cross-Functional Communication :
Collaborate with hiring managers, recruiters, HR business partners, and company leaders to ensure seamless recruitment operations.
Administrative and Reporting Tasks :
Handle other administrative and reporting responsibilities as needed to support the talent acquisition team.

Job Dimensions
The role reports directly to a Talent Acquisition Manager and is a crucial member of our recruitment team, providing essential support to recruiters.
This position involves regular communication with hiring managers and serves as the first point of contact for job applicants.
The incumbent will handle sensitive information, requiring discretion and a high level of professionalism.
Job Qualifications

High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
0-2 years of experience in an administrative, customer service, or HR role.
Ability to excel in a high-volume, fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional accuracy.
Skilled in using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and related tools.
Fully bilingual English / Spanish.
Preferred Qualifications
Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with potential candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and vendors; experience supporting talent acquisition teams.
Collaborative team player with ability to work across levels and functions; flexibility, adaptability, and resiliency are important.
Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer orientation.
Workday experience is a plus.
