Compensation :

• Payroll : $18,000 – $21,000 MXN / month
• Direct Contractor : $22,000 – $26,000 MXN / month
• Commission : % based on closed deals

About the Role

We’re looking for a Sales Associate – Business Development who thrives on building relationships, identifying opportunities, and driving growth. You’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, helping us expand our presence in logistics, distribution, retail, warehousing, and related industries.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a pipeline of logistics and supply chain prospects

Conduct outbound outreach : calls, emails, and follow-ups

Run the full sales cycle : qualification, demos, negotiation, closing

Collaborate with marketing to execute follow-up campaigns

Maintain accurate records and activity logs in HubSpot CRM

Coordinate internally via Jira for feature requests and implementation

Provide product feedback to improve the sales process
