Responsibilities
The Opportunity This role is critical to enable Application Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and financial transparency required for strategic decision-making across the organization. This role is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the accuracy, granularity, and usability of financial data related to Application Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and IT spend. As part of the Application Portfolio Optimization, this role is pivotal in ensuring that application TCO accurate and complete and in ensuring that associate productivity is properly recognized.
Your Impact As Enterprise Solutions Assoc Manager , your scope would consist of …
- Maintain and update application Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) models across ~2,400 applications, across internal and external labor, software, hardware, cloud, depreciation, and other cost categories
- Integrate and sustain Application TCO framework into application portfolio management workflows including ensuring costs associated to retired application no longer flow and that savings are captured in the financial model
- Partner with Finance and capability teams to reconcile financial planning data with ERP actuals and ensure alignment across forecast, AOP, and actual spend
- Implement and manage financial tagging of IT spend using the defined taxonomy across data feeds (e.g., HR systems, Fieldglass, Flexera, ServiceNow, Calero, Concur)
- Collaborate with data stewards, capability teams and application owners to maintain and build automated, repeatable tagging and reporting solutions
- Develop dashboards and reports that provide comprehensive application Total Cost of Ownership and visibility into IT spend by service, function, and region.
- Provide financial insights to support application portfolio optimization and other initiatives.
- Support the technical solutions required to maintain the application TCO and cost transparency
Qualifications

5 years of experience in ITPrior experience on data management, data preparation and reportingVery good understanding of ‘IT service management’, ‘Technology Business Management’ and ‘Project Management’ processes and toolsExperience using Power Bi, Service Now and Financial tools.Prior experience in IT financial management and associated toolsExperience in data models and reporting packagesAbility to analyze large datasetsAbility to write comprehensive reportsAn analytical mind and inclination for problem-solvingAttention to detail, to ensure quality data that will facilitate opportunity identificationStrong planning and organizational skillsStrong collaboration skills and ability to closely partner with different IT teams to achieve desired goalsIf this is an opportunity that interests you, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet 100% of the requirements.
