Procurement Excellence Specialist
We are seeking a seasoned Procurement Excellence Specialist to drive excellence in procurement at our Querétaro facility.
Job Summary :
The Procurement Excellence Specialist will play a critical role in developing, optimizing, and maintaining supplier partnerships that ensure operational continuity and cost efficiency.
- Key Responsibilities :
- Research, qualify, and establish strong relationships with new suppliers in the region
- Strengthen existing partnerships to maximize value, service, and reliability
- Source and secure new components and materials for our Querétaro plant operations
- Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve procurement efficiency
- Lead negotiations for commercial agreements with or without formal contracts
- Ensure all supplier documentation, including regulatory and process requirements, is accurate and up-to-date
- Stay on top of market trends and translate them into actionable strategies
- Track supplier performance, address issues, and implement corrective measures when necessary
- Partner with manufacturing operations to resolve supplier-related challenges quickly and effectively
