- Provide support and assistance to the staff on human resources-related
matters, ensuring their needs are met and queries are addressed in a timely and
professional manner.
Process and validate the pre-payroll in compliance with school policies and Mexicanlabor laws.
Coordinate and collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team in personnel-relatedmatters, offering guidance and advice on HR issues.
Serve as the liaison with the central recruitment team, actively participating in thesearch and selection process for key staff profiles.
Manage all aspects of employee administration, including onboarding, offboarding,contract management, and document management.
Ensure compliance with current Mexican labor legislation, with a particular focus onsupporting expatriate staff through their migration and adaptation processes to the
Mexican work environment.
Participate in staff meetings, reporting on HR matters, and provide updates on staffingneeds or issues.
Maintain accurate and confidential HR records, ensuring the secure handling of personaland employment information.
Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures that alignwith school goals and values.

7+ years of proven experience as an HR generalist, with hands-on expertise inrecruitment, labor relations, personnel administration, organizational development,
compensation, and pre-payroll.
Background in Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, InternationalBusiness, or similar fields.
Fluency in both English and Spanish, as this role will be in a bilingual and multiculturalenvironment.
Experience in fast-growing companies or organizations that have undergone changeslike acquisitions or corporate transitions.
This role involves leading cultural and
operational change, guiding the team and senior leadership with a strategic and
organized approach.
The ability to work independently, as this role will be the HR point of contact oncampus, working closely with peers in the region.
A positive, proactive approach, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability tomanage change.
Knowledge of Mexican labor laws and experience working with expatriate staff and theirimmigration processes is a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with seniorleadership and other stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring HR processes align with the school'smission.
Availability to work fully onsite in Huixquilucan.Qué Ofrecemos
