- Client Liaison : Establish effective communication channels with clients, update CRM records, and manage documents
- Intake Specialist : Collect client information, provide exceptional customer service, and update CRM records
- Sales Professional : Foster relationships, make targeted calls, and update CRM records
- Billing / Collections Expert : Create invoices, manage accounts receivable, and ensure timely payments
- Scheduling Assistant : Coordinate calendars, schedule consultations, and maintain organizational schedules
