As an Underwriting Renewal Coordinator, you play a crucial role in making sure everyone – from eager applicants to happy residents – has a seamless and enjoyable experience. Your journey begins with meticulously screening every applicant and digging into detailed background checks. You keep the ball rolling by reaching out to applicants, collecting the required documents, and giving them the support they need to sail through the approval process, sending friendly emails along the way. Your sharp eye for detail helps keep our properties ready for the next lucky occupant as you stay on top of status updates in Propertyware.

When it's time for move-ins, you team up with our field services and leasing departments to send out welcome letters and resident handbooks to our brand-new tenants. You also handle annual renewals, foster great relationships with both owners and residents, and tackle inquiries with that winning combo of friendliness and efficiency. Your hard work and dedication play a key part in helping us achieve an impressive renewal rate!
