Learning and Development SpecialistWe are seeking an exceptional Learning and Development Specialist to join our team.
This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating learning strategies that strengthen technical and behavioral capabilities across the organization.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, preferably in the automotive or advanced manufacturing industries.
They will possess expertise in training methodologies, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.Lead the annual Training Needs Analysis (TNA) across all employee levels.Design and manage training programs for onboarding, technical upskilling, soft skills, and leadership readiness.Maintain and oversee the Training Matrix to ensure compliance with legal, customer, and audit requirements.Supervise operational trainers, ensuring consistency and instructional quality across shifts.Develop technical content (SOPs, manuals, e-learning, assessments) aligned with business needs.Evaluate training effectiveness using metrics, surveys, and performance indicators.Track and report key KPIs (training hours per capita, % certified operators, TNA closure rate).
Support internal and external audits with training evidence and documentation.Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and HSE to align training content with requirements.Enhance the internal instructor program through coaching, certification, and continuous feedback.Support HR initiatives such as Career Paths, Succession Planning, and High-Potential programs.The successful candidate will be a proactive and innovative professional who is passionate about delivering high-quality training solutions.
