Job Overview

The Sr. Corporate Legal Specialist will be responsible for contract drafting, negotiation, data protection law, IT Law and International Law.

Key Responsibilities

Contract drafting and negotiation with key stakeholders
Data protection law compliance and implementation
Advising on IT and International Law matters

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will need to have :

Proven experience in contract drafting and negotiation

Strong understanding of data protection law and regulations

Ability to advise on complex legal matters
