About the Role

The Senior Manager, Consumer Insights will lead our global research and foresight agenda, ensuring that the voices of our audiences are embedded into every decision we make. This role will combine strategic thinking, methodological rigor, and storytelling skills to guide brand strategy, product innovation, and operational excellence across continents.

Key Responsibilities

Research & Insights Leadership

• Design and execute the global consumer insights agenda for all three brands.
• Lead the development and management of the KidZ Index, our proprietary research framework that amplifies the voice of children, anticipates generational behaviors, and showcases needs and aspirations of future consumers.
• Conduct multi-method research (quantitative, qualitative, ethnographic, digital analytics) to identify drivers of engagement, loyalty, and wellbeing.
