The Senior Aftermarket Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the aftermarket business in the Latam region – Mexico, Central America and Caribbean, with the office located in Mexico City, MX.

This role will focus on driving business results in aftermarket parts, services, and contracts for all end-markets represented by JBTM. The successful candidate will be accountable for the aftermarket P&L in a service perspective, developing growth plans, and maintaining strong relationships with high-level clients.

Responsibilities

• Business Management : Oversee the aftermarket business operations in the region, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
• P&L Responsibility : Manage the aftermarket profit and loss, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.
• Growth Strategy : Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the aftermarket business, identifying new opportunities for growth.
• Customer Relationships : Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
• Team Leadership : Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Market Analysis : Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed of industry trends and competitive landscape.
• Collaboration : Work closely with the Director of Aftermarket LATAM and other stakeholders to align strategies and achieve business objectives.
• Compliance : Ensure all operations comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
