Identify defects, discrepancies, and trends by ways of code debugging or log analysis. Manage incidents and effectively communicate with users, application owners and senior stakeholders across all areas. What you’ll bring : Experience as a L2 support engineer ITIL Process experience with Service Mgmt., Knowledge Mgmt., Incident Mgmt Hands-on experience in SQL (Pl / SQL), Unix and Shell Scripting Hands-on Read and Debug Java Code
