This role is key to ensuring our sales execution is aligned with the company's strategy, providing visibility and analysis that supports decision-making, and enabling sustainable business growth.Role ResponsibilitiesKey ResponsibilitiesCommercial Strategy Alignment : Work closely with the commercial leadership team to align sales initiatives with the overall business strategy;Sales Planning : Develop, monitor, and optimize sales forecasts, budgets, and growth targets;Performance Tracking : Build reports and dashboards to track commercial performance against KPIs, providing insights and recommendations to improve results;Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure commercial plans are executable and well-supported;Market & Business Analysis : Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and internal data to identify growth opportunities and risks;Process Improvement : Propose and implement tools, methodologies, and best practices to strengthen planning and execution within the commercial area;Partner & Client Support : Provide data-driven insights to strengthen relationships with key partners and clients.Role QualificationsQualifications & SkillsBachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field (MBA is a plus);4 – 6 years of experience in sales planning, commercial strategy, or business analysis (experience in FMCG, retail, or tech industry preferred);Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced Excel and data visualization (Tableau, Power BI, or similar);Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and highly collaborative environment;Strategic mindset with attention to detail and execution.EEO StatementWe create customer value – We strive to always create valuable experiences for our users in everything we do.
