Responsible for ensuring that the continuous improvement teams across phases and support areas achieve their objectives through the implementation and sustainment of applicable Lean Manufacturing tools.Ensure the proper functioning of the "Transform" program by coordinating the continuous improvement committee to follow up and sustain improvement ideas.Responsible for keeping plant metric results updated through the corresponding owners on the applicable boards.Responsible for onboarding new hires regarding continuous improvement.Responsible for the sustainment, compliance, and consistency of the plant's 5S program.Responsible for managing and communicating the results of the corporate sustainability metrics.Responsible for the standardization of "best practices" derived from the Transform system, as well as ensuring the correct implementation and sustainment of visual factory practices.Know and comply with IECEx certification guidelines
