We are looking for a Loyalty Data Analytics Analyst. This position will be responsible for supporting the execution and continuous improvement of data-driven strategies to strengthen customer loyalty and engagement, contributing with advanced analytical skills and actionable insights.

Perform data analysis to identify customer behavior patterns and opportunities to drive retention and engagement.

• Support the design and validation of statistical and predictive models, collaborating with senior analysts and managers.
• Measure and optimize the effectiveness of campaigns and loyalty strategies to ensure sustainable business growth.
• Act as a bridge between data and business teams, ensuring findings are clear, accurate, and actionable.

Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
