Delivery Lead page is loaded## Delivery Leadlocations : Mexico, Nuevo León, San Pedro Garza Garciatime type : Full timeposted on : Posted Todayjob requisition id : WD45044# Position OverviewThe Delivery Manager will play a hands-on role in driving the success of key technology projects and initiatives in HR (Human Resource), EHS(Employee Health & Safety) and T&E (Travel and Expense) areas. This position is central to the seamless execution of program objectives, from inception through delivery, ensuring alignment with processes and tools. The individual will work closely with global cross-functional IT teams and serve as a trusted partner to the Senior IT Manager for HR, EHS and T&E.# Key Responsibilities
- Assist with project initiation processes, creating the necessary documentation including scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Lead and coordinate demand intake activities, work closely with the technical solution delivery lead and business stakeholders to evaluate and prioritize new project requests to ensure optimal resource allocation.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and milestones in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Manage and monitor program and project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial targets and guidelines.
- Prepare and deliver accurate, timely reporting on project status, risks, issues, and financials to leadership and stakeholders.
- Support the Senior IT Manager for HR in the execution and oversight of all solution delivery activities.
- Facilitate effective communication among project teams, leadership, and business partners to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Identify risks and work with the technical lead to proactively develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes, tools, and best practices.
- Facilitate Scrum events : Ensure that all Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective) take place and are productive and kept within the timebox.
- Coach the team : Provide coaching to team members in self-management and cross-functionality.
- Remove impediments : Identify and remove any impediments to the Scrum Team's progress.
- Support the Product Owner : Assist the Product Owner in managing the Product Backlog and ensuring that the team understands the need for clear and concise Product Backlog items.
- Promote Agile practices : Lead, train, and coach the organization in its Scrum adoption and help employees and stakeholders understand and implement an empirical approach for complex work.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, standards, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.# Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in project or program management, preferably in HR technology or related domains.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, MS Project, Jira).
- Proven financial acumen with experience managing project budgets and reporting.
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Relevant project management certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2, Scrum Master) a plus.# Preferred Attributes
