The Scope Analyst will be the initial point of contact who holds oversight to the central inbox of requests for project quotations to the Business Unit of responsibility. The Scope Analyst will be relied upon to handle requests that come in based on specific regions of responsibility but will also be relied on to provide coverage in any vacant regions. The call to action for the analyst will be to intake, review, program Salesforce CRM, download documents, assess project details and requirements, and deny or advance projects by scheduling tasks for estimating or takeoff groups to proceed with quote creation. Data integrity and accuracy will be a primary responsibility of the Scope Analyst, ensuring that all populated data is as full, complete, and accurate as possible to drive useful data sets for management review.
