Descripción del trabajoBachelor's degree or above, preferably in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field Minimum of 2 years of experience in public relations, communications, or a related area Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spainish Familiarity with social media operations, PR campaign execution, and crisis management procedures Prior experience working in a PR agency is preferred
Responsibilities :
- Manage and optimize collaboration with local PR agencies to ensure effective execution of brand communication strategies
- Develop and implement content strategies for social media and the official website to enhance brand awareness and user engagement
- Analyze social media and media sentiment data to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations
- Support crisis communication efforts, respond promptly to media inquiries, and protect the company’s reputation
- Ensure all communication materials align with brand tone and industry standards
