Are you passionate about creating impactful livestream experiences that drive engagement and business results? We’re looking for a Marketing Sr. Specialist to lead the strategy, production, and optimization of our livestreams connecting creative storytelling with data-driven decisions.
🎯 What You’ll Do
- Design and execute livestream strategies : goals, audiences, key messages, content calendar, and run of show.
- Manage in-house video production : set, lighting, audio, cameras, and technical tests.
- Create and amplify content : scripts, hooks, offers, and pre / during / post-show communication (teasers, highlights, UGC).
- Execute livestreams on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and our app, ensuring compliance and brand safety.
- Track performance metrics (retention, CTR, add-to-cart, conversion, GMV) and continuously improve results.
- Coordinate hosts / talents, product selection, and micro-production budgets.
💡 What We’re Looking For
2–4 years of experience in digital marketing and 1–2+ years in livestreaming.Portfolio or cases showing livestream results (KPIs and learnings).Strong audiovisual production skills (framing, lighting, audio).Experience in content and communication strategies focused on conversion.Great sense of fashion, styling, and product storytelling.Skills : storytelling, data-driven mindset, project management, and clear communication.Flexibility for evening livestreams (6 : 00–11 : 00 PM).🚀 Nice to Have
E-commerce knowledge (catalogs, product links, coupons, tracking).Advanced English.Experience in fashion categories.
