Role Overview – Structural Project Manager
The Structural Project Manager will oversee, coordinate, and execute all structural engineering activities across the full project life cycle. From excavation and foundations to superstructure and complex systems such as cantilevered elements, this role ensures projects meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
This position plays a critical role in safeguarding structural integrity, leading teams, managing schedules, mitigating risks, and ensuring continuous communication with internal stakeholders, subcontractors, engineers, and clients.
Key Responsibilities
Required Qualifications
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Structural or Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
🧱 10 years of experience in structural engineering project management.
🏗️ Proven experience managing large, complex structural projects.
🌪️ Strong understanding of structural systems, including cantilevered elements and hurricane-zone requirements.
💬 Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
🛠️ Proficiency in :Preferred : Familiarity with Florida building codes.
