About the Role

A Technical Program Manager at Compass leads complex technical cross-functional programs across Product and Engineering. We’re looking for someone who loves to roll up their sleeves, and uses their excellent organizational and communication skills to identify problems and drive solutions. You are skilled at cross-team coordination, project management, executive communication, and presentation skills, and are able to easily move between technical details and high level thinking. You’re a bar raiser not satisfied with just delivering programs on time— you look around corners and can represent multiple points of view. You hold a high bar for product / infrastructure architecture and can both lead technical discussions and represent the customer.
