YOUR ROLE

• Manage CQI and GIMS cross functional task force teams, create priorities, action plans and track progress, align and update initiatives list.
• First responder to Component Quality Analysis Team New Emerging Issue alerts.
• Interacting with DSE, MFG and DRE to develop the next steps plan, document the plan to the team.
• Coordinate any next steps and track progress working side by side with DSE / DRE setting up plans or tests needed.
• Updating status and results into GIMS, our Quality Initiatives documents and QEC teardown results database.
• Manage prototype hardware procurements and ED&D requirements.
• Manage BRT (Build Readiness Team) for prototype orders.
• Lead for shipping & receiving parts / transmissions for builds to / from suppliers Drive designers & DREs on moving the changes through the system to meet the implementation timing milestones and participate in design reviews with the COES (weekly meetings).
• Ownership of mass / cost optimization (GCO / TCR).
• Schedule & attend "Design reviews" ahead of ordering proto parts.
• Author minutes with action items / follow up for each design review Follow up on action item closure.
