YOUR ROLE

• EDM Gearbox hardware system responsible (integration and system balancing of all EDM gearbox components).
• Schedules hardware system design reviews across PRC and reviews DRE design proposals as required.
• Organize reviews with Virtual Analysis / CAE team and ensure Virtual DVP / Scorecard is completed prior to any prototype hardware orders.
• Manage Driveline Systems and Interface DFMEA / DRBFM reviews to ensure complete transparency and development of cohesive Design Controls leading to Robust DVP Actions.
• Supports to develop FTE and ER&D / ED&D Cost Roll-ups for Minor / MCA / New Program.
• Review and approve all change notices ensuring checklist, LL, and E-BPs are updated and aligned.
• Represents CE in managing the “lessons learned” document for the program and ensure that Technical Specialist receive those updates on timely manner to update the E-BPs accordingly.
• Reviews Driveline system and applicable component “Validation Completion” status with DVC team periodically & provides updates.
