• Product Engineer
• will be based in GDL South Site. Will be responsible for Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) follow up in LifeStyle segment, execute proper Implementation (End2End) and will maintain PLM / ERP / Shop floor control System.Being part of communication channel along with internal peers and customers during sustaining stages.
• What a typical day looks like.
• Handle product transfer and new product set up.
• Direct support to CFT and Production area.
• Follow-up, execution and planning of Engineering testing in terms of validation process in Molding and Assembly areas.
• Suggest improvements to process to obtain improved quality and production yield.
• Solve product related problems and perform failure analysis related to product issues.
• Interact with customer and various departments on product related issues.
• Follow up company approved processes.
• Work with design team to resolve design issues.
• Best Practices (SGAs, Internal Kaizen)
• Suggest modification to work instructions, material or product changes to ensure superior quality of products.
• BOM scrubbing.
• ECO Implementation.
