Responsibilities

• Line start-up : Ensure proper operation of manufacturing equipment, guaranteeing safe and efficient use.
• Quality systems : Implement and continuously improve the company's quality systems.
• Assembly oversight : Supervise correct operation of required assemblies in the manufacturing area, including assembled valves, heat fusions, cementing, and others.
• Quality testing : Oversee execution of required quality tests to ensure compliance with assembly requirements.
• Team support : Assist the manufacturing team with any activities needed during assembly or equipment testing.
• SAP reporting : Ensure manufacturing times are accurately recorded in SAP.
• Compliance monitoring : Continuously verify that the manufacturing area complies with the standards outlined in document "7034 - Minimum Requirements for Fabrication."
