If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add anApplication Developerlocated in Guadalajara, North Campus.TheApplication Developerrole involves being responsible of understanding user requirements, code as per the specification and integrate, error troubleshooting, fixing their issues and Bug identification.What a typical day looks like : Develop business solutions by working with required stakeholders to develop the strategy for implementation.Ensure product is complete and attain customer's requirements along with functions properlySolution testing / QA prior to turnover to other teams for testing and user sign off.Partner with business stakeholders to evaluate & select appropriate technology vendor and / or applications to meet business needs.Work closely with server or database administration for any server / database migration, operating system upgrade to ensure all applications are running smoothly without impacting company day to day operation.Troubleshoot and research of codes to find causes of errors and revise programsWork hand in hand with database administrator to fine tune on database performance to optimize the performance of database and application.Consult with engineering staffs to evaluate and develop software-machine interfacesConsult with application security team and fix the application security breachesContributes closely with solution architect on the entire development processMaintain and upgrade existing systems.Research on fancy UI components and use in systems.Research on new technologies and incorporate in system solutions.The experience we're looking to add to our team : Typically requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent systems experience.Typically requires a minimum of 7+ years systems experience.Experience and knowledge of Unreal Engine version 5 (5.1, 5.2)Knowledge of 3D modeling, tools such as BlenderExperience developing in languages such as C++ / C# 2.Knowledge of Jira and GIT tools.Here are some examples of what you'll get for the great work you provide : Competitive Salary.Life & Medical insurance.Christmas Bonus.Food Coupons.Saving Fund.HS115SiteFlex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
