Every day, we support our clients by steering major Projects and Programs, managing Project Portfolios, improving maturity and efficiency of PM Organizations.

What You'll Do

As a HR Generalist at MIGSO PCUBED, you will play a key role in driving our people strategy and ensuring a great employee experience.

In this key role, you will be responsible for :

• Managing payroll, contracts, and labor processes.
• Overseeing labor relations and resolving employee issues.
• Conducting exit interviews and handling offboarding processes.
• Coordinating international mobility of employees.
• Organizing annual meetings with employees and internal teams.
• Ensuring compliance with REPSE requirements.
