Labor Relations Coordinator

Enforce the standards and policies established in the company, as well as improve the work environment through the proper administration of services to the employees, giving immediate and effective responses in case of needs or concerns.

Job Summary

• BD- Business Administration, Accountancy, Laws, Human resources or any other related
• Timing availability - 1st and 2nd shift
• English Conversational skills- fluent - MUST
• Manage Pro- Excel
• LFT
• Keep a good union relationship in order to maintain the right function in the shop floor.
• Management the right handle of the wages increases according the Collective Labor Agreement (Union), in order to accomplish them in the agreed times.
• Generate strategies to minimize turnover and absenteeism.
• Attend and solve labor issues (layoffs, sanctions, resignations, labor demands, etc.), to maintain and promote the order and discipline in the company.
• Provide support and advice to the employees with the health ensure.
• Support Manager areas and chief’s areas to move or promote employees.
• Ensure the right function of the services provided to the employees (Transportation, dining room, uniforms, etc.).

Experience minimum 5 years in automotive industry Labor Relations Coordinator or Specialist.
