Responsibilities
Own full-cycle recruiting for priority / hard-to-fill roles (engineering, product, finance) across Mexico and global teams.
Set strategy & deliver results : define sourcing channels and outreach narratives; present weekly funnel metrics and insights.
Coach hiring managers : calibrate profiles, build structured interview kits, train on bias-aware interviewing, and ensure great candidate experience.
Build diverse pipelines : engage universities, communities, and professional / DEI networks; run targeted campaigns and events.
Employer brand (LATAM) : create localized content (posts, spotlights, events) aligned to the global employer brand.
Offer strategy & close : align to salary bands, partner with HR / Comp, manage expectations, negotiate offers, and close top talent.
Process & ATS excellence : maintain impeccable ATS hygiene (e.g., Workday, Jobylon), automate where possible.
Vendor / agency management : evaluate partners, negotiate terms, track performance; use sparingly and ROI-driven.
Compliance & privacy : follow Mexico labor norms and data privacy (e.g., Avisos de Privacidad, LFPDPPP).
Project leadership : lead at least one TA project per quarter (e.g., interview training, referral relaunch, sourcing playbooks, dashboarding).
Education and Experience
5–7+ years of full-cycle recruiting (agency and / or in-house), including strong IT / engineering searches; experience across non-tech roles a plus.
Proven senior-level stakeholder management (Director / VP), with ability to influence profile / comp decisions using data.
Advanced sourcing (Boolean / X-ray, talent mapping, market intel) and outbound conversion.
Bilingual fluency : Spanish and English fluent (written and spoken).
Hands-on ATS / CRM experience (Workday or similar) and reporting / analytics (Excel / Sheets; basic dashboards).
Demonstrated success closing candidates in competitive markets and navigating counteroffers.
Qualifications and Skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels.
Analytical, metrics-oriented approach; proficiency with recruiting analytics and reporting.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions / projects in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Hybrid in Querétaro; occasional travel for events, onsite interviews, or regional meetings
