The position is to provide maintenance to large turbines, generators, and auxiliary systems in the field. The role requires 80%+ travel to power plant sites internationally. Daily activities include leading and directing technicians, supervisors, and subcontractors to perform necessary tasks while ensuring quality and technical procedures are followed. You will attend site meetings with customers and subcontractors to coordinate tasks and communicate status and lessons learned to back‑office engineering and management consistently. A mechanical background is required, with the ability to read drawings and schematics necessary for equipment maintenance. Specializing in different frames is possible over time.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Lead and supervise field service engineers, technicians, and craft labor during installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of combustion turbines, steam turbines, and generators at customer sites.
• Plan and manage project staffing, ensuring proper coordination of resources and compliance with Siemens Energy field service procedures.
• Provide technical expertise on combustion turbines to internal teams, customers, product line management, and suppliers, supporting issue resolution and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with engineering to address on‑site service challenges and ensure accurate execution of customer contract requirements.
• Prepare detailed reports on equipment condition, repairs, and recommendations, maintaining clear documentation for all service activities.
• Ensure compliance with EHS, quality standards, and company protocols, promoting a safe and efficient work environment.
