Descripción del trabajoExperiencia mínima de 2 años en concesionarias. Conocimientos en sistemas de calidad y herramientas de diagnóstico. Manejo de sistemas ElsaPro, DISS, ETKA. Habilidades de comunicación, atención al cliente y trabajo en equipo. Realizar diagnósticos acertados y oportunos. Apoyar en la recepción de vehículos con fallas complejas. Brindar soporte técnico a asesores y jefe de taller. Garantizar cumplimiento de procesos de calidad.
MASTER TECHNICIAN
- Ubicación : Lerma
- Formación : Carrera técnica automotriz
- Experiencia : 2 años en concesionarias, con especialidad o certificación (preferible en VW)
DESCRIPCIÓN DEL PUESTO :
Buscamos un Master Technician con experiencia en diagnósticos automotrices, preferentemente en vehículos VW. Será responsable de realizar diagnósticos precisos desde la primera vez, apoyar a asesores de servicio en fallas complejas y asegurar altos estándares de calidad.
