Overview of the position :

Responsible to improve dealer performance based on KMX guidelines to achieve Fixed operating targets and dealer profitability, implementing strategies, objectives, resources, and processes.

Typical tasks :

• Monitoring and analysis of indicators defined by KMX.
• Responsible for defining and deploying processes and standards for the dealer network.
• Reception and handling of complaints and suggestions from customers.
• Implementation of projects to improve the service provided at the dealers.
