As an Overseas HR Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the human resources operations of our international employees and Chinese expatriates. Your primary focus will be on designing and implementing effective HR processes that comply with local regulations and group standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and implement HR operation processes that meet local regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Conduct regular process audits and efficiency analysis to promote compliance and effectiveness.
- Lead overseas HR projects and develop standardized toolkits to enhance human resource operation efficiency and user experience.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR system data, ensuring integrity and supporting module demand analysis and functional testing.
Requirements :
