Position Summary

The Analyst, Operational will be responsible for managing the agency's costs and profitability through reporting tools, resource charge management, and internal rates and quotes management.

Details

• Generate quotes for all projects.
• Lead daily team meetings to balance workload.
• Manage and update the agency's services catalog quarterly.
• Analyze financial data and create models for decision support.
• Report on financial performance and prepare for leadership reviews.
• Collaborate with FP&A team for accurate financial reporting.
• Evaluate financial performance against plans and forecasts.
• Manage internal resources for project efficiency.
• Guide cost analysis processes and enforce procedures.
• Provide trend analysis, forecasts, and optimization recommendations.
• Conduct market research to support financial analysis.
• Maintain knowledge of financial instruments and market trends.
• Assess client needs and operational adjustments.
• Manage external vendors and control requisitions and purchase orders.
• Support annual forecasting for clients.
• Prepare reports for projects and requisition formats.
• Follow up on external vendor payments.
